Embodied Living is a gentle, joyful series of online movement classes designed to refresh your vision, your alignment, your physical comfort, and your relationship to LIFE in your body.
Using gentle non-exercise movement, breath, and awareness, you’ll learn to relax, refresh, and renew your body in any position or situation.
