Pause and Listen

There is profound wisdom in the body. When we pause, listen, and come to our senses, much of life’s suffering miraculously dissolves.

Dazed and disoriented, I woke up in a hospital with an IV drip in my veins. I had passed out on stage in the final days of a long and grueling tour. I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, overworked, and deeply underappreciated. Weeks later, a skilled somatic practitioner began the journey that led me back to my profoundly wise body. Nearly 40 years later, the work continues to reverberate in every cell and enrich every aspect of my life.

When you’re ready to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, I’m here to offer expert guidance.

Shift your day with Embodied Awareness.
