What makes a dance party so meaningful is the shared experience of embodied consciousness – in movement.
When your mind is clear and wide awake – when your heart is pumping and your blood is flowing – the doubts and fears are silent and you feel alive!

You can make excuses or you can make life into one big bold masterpiece.
A movement practice is not done once in a while or for a few weeks while you’re taking a course.
Practice is continually spiraling into an ever deepening relationship with the most intimate and vulnerable aspects of yourself – over and over and over again.
Sure frustration comes up, fear, irritation, busyness, inertia – the excuses to give up or never really get started are endless.
