Training Teachers
From 1999 to 2012, I had the great privilege of co-creating and directing Alexander Bewegung with Martina Suess, Ph.D.—an internationally respected Alexander Technique teacher training program based in Austria. Together, we developed a rigorous, holistic curriculum designed to cultivate embodied presence and optimal performance.
Our graduates included physiotherapists, musicians, dancers, actors, singers, writers, athletes, and meditators from across Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, Ireland, and the US. Many went on to become exceptional teachers in their own right.
